Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Purchased directly from our website.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Begin the return process by contacting our customer service team at sales@privbarturbodisposable.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return package.
- Shipping: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will include the cost of the item and any applicable sales tax, minus the cost of return shipping.
Processing Time
Refunds may take several days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@privbarturbodisposable.com to obtain an Exchange Authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, razors) for health and hygiene reasons
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes it takes a few days for a refund to be officially posted.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
